I have a williams Road Kings machine which I just replaced the MPU board on. It works fine now, but the 4 top bumpers won't fire.
They fire in test mode but not during play. The slingshot bumpers work.

Can anyone help.

thanks.jim

Hey jim !

So, if the pop bumper coils are firing during test mode, i would assume that the switches are to blame. It's possible the switches need to be adjusted, maybe they're not wired up correctly or at all ?

You can use a multimeter to test the switches or you can go into the test menu and in switch test go touch the pop bumpers. Of nothing happens then you'll know the switches are to blame.

I wouldn't think all 4 switches are out of adjustment. since all four aren't working.

Why did you replace the MPU board? Severe battery corrosion?

So did you get this fixed?
