I'm sorry in advance for my school english! My english teacher still have nightmares!! i hope you understand me...
i searched topics with my problem but no macths...

i'm loosing my mind!!
i Fixed a few Mpu without big problems but that one make me blooding my nose!!!

MPU led blinks 10 times and display show U27 Rom Failure.
Roms seems ok. reburned and seems working well.
All Caps changed, BR1 and zener 91volts updated on Power board. (5,15v and 11,65v only 1J17 connected)
But Mpu blinks 10 times again!
So i move it on workbench!
Hooked up the power supply to the CPU board using aligator clips and "tada!!" works perfect!
So i recap c24,c26,29 and changed c30 with 47mf to give more time to power to goes up...
reconnected to 1J17 and blinks 10 times!! aaarrgghhhh!
Any tips from gurus?!

Check for cracked header pins on 1J17 and 3J1.

Checked...
Header pins OK
Continuity ok

Reseat all socketed chips.
