My favorite is his invaders from Mars sequel. I have seen this about ten times atleast including at the theater when it came out.

Very few movies rest in the place invaders does for me.

Rest in peace nightmare maker. Going to watch invaders today.

Both horror masters were great. I agree. He was a horror original. Texas chain saw massacre the first one I saw it much later than the 70s when it came out.

Still it packed a punch.

2, I saw when it came out roughly. I love that one too.

I thought poltergeist was astounding when I saw it in the theater.

It knocked my socks off as a kid. It challenged movies like Indiana jones. In the theater.

I remember that I had recently seen movies like close encounters. But poltergeist fully showed up.

I don't know how it holds up. Worth a look.

Interesting. it was 1982 when this came out. Poltergeist.

As a teen, I think my general thoughts were Spielberg movie.

But this is interesting, the points about the filming of poltergeist.

I would like to read more about it. Thanks for the links.
