You'll be missed Taro. We'll all miss him.
Quoted from Flowst:Can you provide more detail?
No, that's not my place. The pertinent detail is that it's true.
I hadn’t heard of Taro but somehow knew from the thread title it was about a pet. Really sorry to hear it.. our cat clears the room whenever I even get near the Power switch
Oh no.. so sorry, Rob. Taro always brought a smile to my face. Such a sweet dog that was loved by so many. Condolences.
This is so sad. Taro was the best dog and I enjoyed seeing him at shows. RIP Taro and know you're missed. So sorry for your lost Rob
Oh Man. That is so sad. Well taro gave a lot of love to a lot of people and for that we can all be thankful.
Chris
Soo sad. Sorry for you loss Rob. They say every lost dog takes a price of your heart. They wait for you at the rainbow bridge to make you whole again.
Never met Taro but i can sure as hell feel Robs pain...

So sorry for your loss.
This really bums me out. Taro was the sweetest pup. I always looked forward to seeing Rob and his trusty sidekick.
Rob, my heart goes out to you today. Taro will be missed for many years to come.
Quoted from Fortytwo:They wait for you at the rainbow bridge to make you whole again.
I'm a humor-in-tragedy coping kind of person, so I'm just gonna leave this here. Every time someone has mentioned the rainbow bridge in the last 10 years... I can't disassociate it. I've lost many pets over the years, and having to actually have one put down f'ed me up so badly I waited about 6 years before even attempting to have another.
So sorry to hear this, this dog was easily my wife’s favorite part of any show and there wasn’t a close second. Amazing dog that put up with all of us.
Sorry for your loss Rob. We had a 15 year old dog pass on a couple of weeks ago and they do feel like family members. Taro will be missed at the shows.
I met Taro a long time ago at the Herrin, Illinois show. Taro loved everyone. We are so sorry for your loss.
So sad; animals are only with us for such a short time, but they feel like family each and every day.

100% and it doesn't make the hurt any better.
Sorry for the loss of your family Rob. Taro is and was apart of all of us pinheads at shows. Theres not a Pin a go go that i cant think of happy thoughts as she greeted all of us at the show.

Loved that pup! I always took advantage of Rob’s kindness by hiding out in his room at shows. The peace and quiet were nice, but that sweet Taro was the biggest draw. I was sad to learn Rob wasn’t setting up in TX this year, but was looking forward to seeing them both.

So sorry to hear about Taro! A dog is truly man's best friend and I am not looking forward to the day that I have to face what you are dealing with right now! Sorry for your loss!
I'm so sorry for your loss. I made it a point to come pet Taro when Rob was at Expo. After being around all the crop dusting, it was nice to go into Rob's room off the exhibit hall and greet Taro. He always had the big moon eyes and wagging tail. Best salesman ever. I bought stuff I didn't need just because I stayed in the room so long petting that darn dog.
Wow, I know what pain you are going through Rob. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. I always enjoyed seeing your pup when I went to shows. We can’t avoid seeing them pass but you can know that he had a wonderful life because of you. For those of us who are/were
Lucky enough to have a dog like him there are no words to describe how it feels to lose them.
Take care Rob.
Condolences to Rob. We put our dog to sleep today. She was 15 and in poor health and it was a hard decision to make but the right one. I started my day coming home from Boy Scout camping with my son to digging a grave and taking our dog to the vet and coming home and burying her. A roller coaster day of emotions.
