Saw Rush open for Kiss at Georgetown University in the early 70's. It was the song, ByTor and The SnowDog, that song alone got me to go see Rush. Kiss was on after them. I was in the second row on the left side in front of the speakers. OMG, that's why I have hearing loss now. I consider Neil to be in the top 3 rock drummers of all time....RIP Neil..way too young to leave. 
Last time I saw Rush perform Oct 1st 2010 in Tampa, FL. Time Machine Tour..
Still can hear and visualize the greatness of all 3 together ...
Neil had a lot of heartache along the way with the passing of his wife and then his daughter within 10 months of each other leaving him brokenhearted, searching for answers.
I pray he finds them both and reunites with them in the astral plain, the grand scheme.... The only way I can even begin to find some comfort over this...Neil Peart, RIP GhostRider.
