Imagine how many folks in the hobby were convinced to dive deeper after a great experience playing a Lyman coded game. Between that and the list of titles to his credit, what an amazing legacy.

Coworker borrowing my Batman '66 was asking about why it said "Honorary Mayor of Gotham City - Lyman." Relatively new to pinball but when I told him who he was and what he was responsible for, he was simultaneously amazed and bummed. The majority of the games that have resonated with him so far have Lyman to credit in some small or large part: Tommy, Attack from Mars, Medieval Madness, and Batman '66.
Easy to forget sometimes how even those not deep into the hobby were impacted by his code. What an amazing legacy!
