Quoted from pinfixer:

RIP Hef.
I was fortunate enough to be the "game house" technician at the Mansion from 2002-2015. Mr. Hefner always wanted the games to be in perfect running order and no expense was spared to keep them that way. The biggest challenge I faced was that all games were turned on 24/7 which really took a toll on the power supplies and connectors. Not to mention the 50-100 light bulbs that needed replacement on my quarterly visits. I experimented with LED lamps and score displays one time only to be asked to put them back to original because Mr. Hefner didn't like them.
Talking to playmates and employees over the years led me to believe that Mr. Hefner was a top-notch employer. I know just in the very small dealings I had with Playboy, they took care of their people.

Wow, that’s amazing!
