Dwight Clark has passed away from als at the young age of 61.
Sad day for a life long San Francisco 49ers fan. Best known for "the catch" A play that changed the fortunes of 2 teams and made life long niners fans out of thousands of people.

    Rip Dwight.

    He was Montana's Gronk.

    Wow...this is a shame.
    Great player.

A total class act, Great football player but a better human being. A true loss for football and the human race. We lost a good one. “The Catch” changed my life as a 49er fan forever.
    Thank you Dwight Clark #87
