Whoa... That’s too bad. So young...

    #4 3 years ago

Mercy, so sad to hear this. God bless his family.

    #5 3 years ago

My condolences to his family, he was far too young and talented for this to happen, f*ck cancer!

    #6 3 years ago

A very talented actor. Gone so young by cancer. R.I.P. T'Challa!

    I really enjoyed his acting.

I had a scare that was cleared 2 weeks ago. Get Tested!

I hope Yasuke turns out to be a good movie.

    #9 3 years ago

Very sad news way too young.

    #10 3 years ago

Wow. That's shocking. What a bummer. Too young.

Tragic loss of life, enjoyed Chadwick in a lot of movies and his turn as Black Panther inspired generations. RIP Chadwick.

    Quoted from Jared:

    A terrible loss.

How about we get that Black Panther Pin from Stern now?

    #13 3 years ago

Wow. He had a very promising career ahead of him, only to be stopped short. This is very disheartening.

    #14 3 years ago

    This year sucks out loud!!

    #15 3 years ago

Yep, so very sad to hear.
    Terrible way to go.

    Get your colonoscopy

At 43 though what do you do. That’s way too early.

You get a f*<kin’ colonoscopy, that’s what you do Ice!

My Dad had Stage 3 at 52, thankfully got treatment and continues to survive it all these years later.

I had to BEG my doctor to take me seriously about getting one at age 40.
Thankfully, I changed doctors and found a compassionate one that could put 4+4 together.
Spoiler alert, the answer is not “Jell-O.”

Now I get one every 5 years like clockwork.
So far so good. Just the minor polyps.
Do your duty to protect your booty.

    After all,
    Pooping shouldn’t be hard.
If it is, time to change the diet.
    Fiber is your friend.
Fresh fruit and dark greens too.
    Bottoms up Pinside!

    I got mine at 55

Fruit and dark greens are a great thing generally. Add some hot chili in there too.

My grandfather survived it with a colonoscopy bag and died at 88.

    Get the procedure!

My major in college was music, emphasis on jazz. I didn’t know about this movie until I read this article. I am looking forward to watching it.

Following Chadwick Boseman's death, Netflix cancels virtual event for 'Ma Rainey's Black Bottom'

I don’t think we have had all the information at this point. One of the early reports of his passing said he was battling stage 3 and waiting for the progression to stage 4. Why would you wait for the development from stage 3 to 4? Unless you had no other option.

Tragic loss of life, especially someone who seemed to be a genuinely decent person who cared for people and the planet. Rest in Power!

Colon cancer ain’t no joke!!!! I’m still alive and surviving after stage 4 diagnoses 6 years ago, my age now 47. RIP Boseman.

You really do not even have to have a colonoscopy now. I get those poop test done and they can send it off and not only tell about colon cancer but a ton of other things by analyzing your poo. my insurance pays 100% of it as well.

You should be eating fruit, berries, dark green foods every day. Do this, stay away from processed meats and dairy, and you should be good to go.

Colonoscopy is more thorough than the poop test, if something serious going on.

    Too soon?

I was chatting with a friend about Black Panther 2. Due out in 2022. I wonder how much, if any has been filmed? Will they re-cast the part for the next film? Will Disney cgi him into the film like Carrie Fisher was for Leia? I think the Black Panther franchise is to large to just end the story line within the Marvel universe.
