They don't make them like him anymore. He started out as a cab driver and day laborer but you can't keep a good man down....he defined manhood as 007 for much of the planet.

I'm a big Bond fan. This is very sad to hear.

    #19 3 years ago

Great actor, loved every role I saw him play! 90 is a good long life, but sure sucks losing all your childhood heroes one by one!

A very talented actor. Been rewatching the James Bond series since the lockdown. RIP Sir Sean Connery

The Bond 50 (year) Blue Ray collection is one of the best produced, and includes 22 James Bond feature films from Dr. No to Quantum of Solace. Looks like I will be starting over (again) at Dr. No this weekend. RIP Mr. Bond.

    Time for a Goldfinger pin.

Sean Connery was the man. RIP

    #30 3 years ago

    Rank the bonds!
    1. Gold finger
This one just has it all. Pretty much every bond movie since was basically an imitation of this one.
    The best bond movie.
    2. From Russia with love
Kinda long and slow but just sucks you in. Great characters, actors, and script.
    The second best bond movie?
    3. You only live twice
Great movie, best blowfeld, and totally over the top
    4. Thunderball
Kinda bloated and boring in spots
    5. Doctor No
Not too shabby but a little dull and low budget
    6. Diamonds are forever
Without a doubt the weirdest bond movie. Has it’s moments but clearly enough was enough here
    7. Never say never:
    El Turdo!!

For me, Sean Connery and Roger Moore were the only true James Bonds. RIP for both of them... won't be forgotten!

Totally Agree, Sean and Roger both great in their own special way. I’m so sad both are gone... grew up with them both.

    Damn you 2020!

    The ONLY James Bond IMO

Gonna have to play some Indy today no doubt

    “Farewell Dr. Jones”

    #38 3 years ago

    #39 3 years ago

RIP, he was the man's man for sure. Best James Bond as well.

    #40 3 years ago

One of the greats. May he Rest In Peace.

    #41 3 years ago

Grew up watching him from the 60’s to now. Sad day. Sad year. Indeed.

    #42 3 years ago

Definitely my favorite Bond. Will be missed. This year sucks all around. RIP Sean Connery.

    #43 3 years ago

One of his most memorable lines:

"You wanna know how to get Capone? They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. That's the Chicago way!"

    #44 3 years ago

My favorite 007, will have to watch Goldfinger again now. Good day Mr Bond, Rest In Peace.

    #45 3 years ago

    A real mans man
Did anyone have a bad word to say about this Champion? N O P E
Thanks for the memories Sean, God speed

    #46 3 years ago

Another great line: (as CAPT Ramius) “Ryan, some things in here don’t react well to bullets”. Lol.

    #47 3 years ago

    The real Bond!
    Rest in peace
You will always be a legend!

    #48 3 years ago

I just recently checked to see if he was still with us.
Sad to hear that another legend has departed. R.I.P. Sir Connery.

    #49 3 years ago

I named my son after him in 1973. And I also gave him the middle name Timothy. The first name of a future Bond actor. RIP Mr. Connery.

    #50 3 years ago

Our mothers and grandmothers honor is finally safe from Sean Connery. Probably sisters at this point as well.
