At least he made a few bucks off pinheads and slot players in his last years.
RIP.
Quoted from Grizlyrig:Oh man, that sucks. I love watching the re-runs.
RIP
-Mike
I was hoping to see him again at the Terrificon comicon in CT this August.
Quoted from MrBally:At least he made a few bucks off pinheads and slot players in his last years.
RIP.
He was most likely happy with the recognition and the income from the Stern Pin and the slots. It was good that the games were made before he passed on.
Wow. What timing after Stern just did the game and had him involved.
He provided a lot of entertainment to a lot of people over his adult life. Thanks for the memories and laughs.
RIP
Batman 66's may just be worth 1/2 retail now.
Great guy met at Pinball Expo last October. Looked to be in great health then too.
My favorite was him and Robin scaling the sides of buildings. I loved the show when it came out.
Sad day.
Quoted from 2Kaulitz:sad news he was the best batman
By a long shot. I just dont care for the "dark" batman characters.
RIP Batman, one of my favourite shows when I was a kid, and still enjoy the 1966 series to this day.
Quick! To the BatTV to watch those re-runs. There's not a moment to lose!
Here's a radio interview right around the time when batman 66 was released (which he talks about briefly). He was a bit nutty in real life, which I like
