I’ve been informed by someone that Stern no longer offers phone support for game issues? That one must fill out an online form and wait for some type of response….but no direct phone support.
This must be incorrect? This seems like a big deal. And if true, Boo Stern.

Do you have an issue you need help with? Have you tried emailing Stern Support?
They talk to you? Or do you go back and forth on email? An inexperienced family member is having issues with their GoTG and they said Stern doesn’t do phone support.
That used to be one thing Stern did extremely well. Is it gone?
