The cables probably came loose underneath the playfield. Re seat the cable connection underneath the timers. You might have to hot glue them in place if they continue to come loose. I had to re hot glue both of my timers. Sometimes the previous application of glue will hinder plugging it back in. Check if that’s the case and if so remove the old glue before you re seat it and possibly re glue again.
