Yes, we have determined we cannot reasonably enforce the heightened club thread rules prior to the shipment of a game and we don’t want to moderate half a thread for violating club thread rules (as pre release threads are volatile and filled with people that like to complain about art and other things, we have learned)...so we wait till shipment.
