Quoted from Calfdemon:Manuals are works in progress (just now getting ACNC digital manual), but their customer service is AWESOME and hands on tech support is only a phone call or email away.
I think I got 3 or 4 keychain plastics with ACNC (all different)
And can't really comment on comparison to Stern as I have never bought one.
Were the keychains just for Spooky or were they specific to the game (ACNC)? Thanks!
Quoted from jwilson:I absolutely howled watching you AARP mofos lose your mind in confusion over the stream. Couldn’t be a bigger bunch of old people stereotypes if you tried. Sigh.
[quoted image]
You should be thankful people under retirement age have any interest in pinball at all.
I really could not give two poops whether or not you have any interest in pinball. Now get off my lawn.
Quoted from dnapac:I don’t know about TNA, but ACNC does have Mystery Awards that aren’t coded in yet...so not really “fakes”.
Um... and when are they going to be coded?
Quoted from pinballinreno:I don't think youre an idiot either.
NIB R&M might go for 12k or more a year from now from tbe right buyer.
Theres a global demand.
Hint: convert it to a BS edition.
You absolutely can do this.
Its not even built yet.
It already is a BS edition per the ad.
Quoted from chooch:The owners entitlement far outweighs everyone else. I see a lot more posts with owners saying "hey look what I have" compared to the few who missed out and said they wish Spooky made more. This entitlement is why I hope JJP makes more POTC and Stern makes a TronVE just to knock everyone off their high horses.
Lot of pent up anger it seems. Chill dude... it's pinball. Not organ transplants.
Quoted from Rarehero:I knew. R&M really is a “perfect storm” theme...it’s new, relevant, funny, already kinda timeless, has a passionate fanbase + a passionate fanbase within the pinball fanbase.
I’ve been trying to think of another theme that was as perfect for pinball in 2020 as R&M...it’s really difficult.
As far as animated shows go, I think Spongebob & Adventure Time could be pinball hits. They’re family friendly, but adults love them too - and they’re still relevant.
I've been saying this for years about a Spongebob pin. Not many seem to agree with me but I think they underestimate how popular it could be.
Quoted from Zablon:I heard for $279 you can get a new apron that unlocks(or would it be locks in this case) the ball hangup feature.
Those people at Stern... marketing geniuses! They now sell mods for Spooky!!
Quoted from Manic:Damn - well if that paragon of reporting and skilled pinball playing Kanada didn't love it I better sell my spot RIGHT NOW!
.
Hopefully not at a huge loss.
Quoted from docquest:I also had the bump. Repositioning the metal guide rail to be straighter and spaced closer to the flipper made the upper flippers shots more consistent, especially when the ball was.going fast (which is often in this game)
In my case, the top of the inner wood rail was right against the rail. I had to take out 2 screws under the playfield holding the the top portion inner wooden rail to the playfield so I could move the wooden rail along with the metal guide down and straighten it. Once the metal guide was where I wanted it, I secured the wood rail back to the playfield. It only moved a small amount so the same holes to hold the wooden rail to the playfiled were still usable.
Also noticed there was a metal post with a rubber ring on it behind the metal guide rail as well. No idea why that would be there since its inaccessible by the ball.[quoted image]
How did you reattach the metal guide to the playfield as it doesnt appear that you can access the screw holes after moving it.
Quoted from Flipper-airbrush:Yesterday Arrived Rick and morty number 6 in Germany. Next step is airbrush some parts
What a fantastic pinball, I love it absolutely
Fantastic Job from spooky, the Lightshow in incredible.
I made a little video, without glass and topper in action.
Is that the stock sound system or has a subwoofer or amplified cab speaker been added? It sounds amazing!
Quoted from DruTheFu:This thread sure did take a jump into the wrong vat of acid. Maybe you should have brought your own ladles...
If you're impervious to acid it doesn't matter which one you jump into.
Quoted from zene10:Yes, damaged. Topper snapped and scratched. Other dings and dents. Looks like it was double stacked or something shipped on top.
Fucking shippers. Amazing how little they care and/or stupid they are.
