The Lyman stuff was funny.

When they're having a go about Lyman's codes and who is this " Lyman Avenger " , don't listen to him , stand up to him and then it's pointed out to them , it IS Lyman . ( then the sucking up begins )
Priceless .
Quoted from Pinball-Obsessed:That’s an awesome story!
Thanks! I have been waiting to share this one
Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:Here is the real question that needs answering... will there be a cheese ball dimension?
Maybe a 3 stack Pringles dimension ?
Quoted from stevevt:Surprised nobody posted this yet. (Did nobody post this yet?)[quoted image]
Where was this?
Quoted from stevevt:Surprised nobody posted this yet. (Did nobody post this yet?)[quoted image]
Oh yeah we get to play Roy!
My current game is going pretty well.

Looks like the last two digits of the score represents the number of adventures completed.
Quoted from kermit24:Looks like the last two digits of the score represents the number of adventures completed.
Or maybe dimensions traveled?
Quoted from kermit24:Looks like the last two digits of the score represents the number of adventures completed.
Or dimensions visited?
Quoted from stevevt:Or dimensions visited?
So you would match by dimiesnsions visited? Would be interesting
Quoted from garretswinning:So you would match by dimiesnsions visited? Would be interesting
If it's like the TNA match, it would ignore the last digit. Last two digits in this case, apparently (see below).
Quoted from stevevt:Surprised nobody posted this yet. (Did nobody post this yet?)[quoted image]
Knowing me, I'll end up back working at the carpet store.
Looks like it would ignore the last digit and match on tens and hundred. In this case 40

If you are good.

I'm surprised you posted it without any mention of where it came from. Jeff Parsons of the Pinball Players podcast is the narrator for "Roy: A Life Well Lived".
Quoted from kermit24:Looks like the last two digits of the score represents the number of adventures completed.
Nope.
Quoted from jonesjb:Or maybe dimensions traveled?
Negatory.
Quoted from garretswinning:So you would match by dimiesnsions visited? Would be interesting
No sir.
Quoted from stevevt:If it's like the TNA match, it would ignore the last 2 digits.
This.
Quoted from luvthatapex2:Looks like it would ignore the last digit and match on tens and hundred. In this case 40
But then what if you had x15? or x23?

Maybe last two digits are what ball you are currently on?
Quoted from docquest:Maybe last two digits are what ball you are currently on?
Cant be. If you look left to the score it says ball 1 there.
Quoted from garretswinning:Cant be. If you look left to the score it says ball 1 there.
Right, and the last two digits of score are 01, the score displayed was 1,618,401.
This could be a way to distinguish if the incredible score you achieved and took a pic of was via a 1 ball, 3 ball, 5 ball, etc game?
Quoted from docquest:Right, and the last two digits of score are 01, the score displayed was 1,618,401.
But why would we need a duplicate mention of a ball number? That would make no sense.
Quoted from ThePinballCo-op:Why would we need a duplicate mention of a ball number? That would make no sense.
Wouldnt show the ball number on the high score table?
All this was just a guess I'm probably wrong.
Quoted from ThePinballCo-op:Why would we need a duplicate mention of a ball number? That would make no sense.
Maybe it's total number of balls as opposed to ball #. If you were on ball 3 and had 2 EB's along the way it would be a "05" possibly for the last two digits?
Quoted from MikeS:Maybe it's total number of balls as opposed to ball #. If you were on ball 3 and had 2 EB's along the way it would be a "05" possibly for the last two digits?
Exactly what I was thinking. The score along the day is how many balls you've played so far. So in the pic they were still on ball 1 and probably no extra balls yet.
Quoted from MikeS:Maybe it's total number of balls as opposed to ball #. If you were on ball 3 and had 2 EB's along the way it would be a "05" possibly for the last two digits?
Why would this be needed? To validate a high score only needed three balls? I would think its related to an accomplishment in the game.
Quoted from docquest:All this was just a guess I'm probably wrong.
Yes, unfortunately. But A+ for effort.
Quoted from algorhythms:Number of megaseeds collected?
There we go.
Quoted from algorhythms:Number of megaseeds collected?
That could work as well since we know megaseed collection is a big part of the game.
I for one love how the animation style of the LCD matches that of the show (as seen on that screengrab), going to be some great theme and clip integration, whether it's an actual clip from the show, or new original content!
Quoted from screaminr:The thread is a bit sad , but if you want to read some funny stuff look at posts #5537 - #5550 .
LFS showing up was hilarious

Hah! Mostly lurking and trying not to fall off the deep end into this hobby. It's a losing battle.
it is so painful to see these updates and not be able to play yet. this might be the best implimentation of a theme ever.
Quoted from algorhythms:Hah! Mostly lurking and trying not to fall off the deep end into this hobby. It's a losing battle.
That's how it always starts, but the deep end comes up quick. I lurked for about a year, then finally made an account and lurked again for another year. Pretty soon, it's all over...
Quoted from Pinball-Obsessed:Oh my God! Gameplay footage is up!
this post is worthless without a link!
Holy shit this is looking so killer!!!! Time for this thread to cross 10K because the gameplay looks awesome and the video assets before the modes are perfect integration for the adventures. Bravo, Spooky!
