I will say that there is a significant difference in the glass in my gameroom. While the nice glass is very expensive, it also makes a big difference depending on the lighting conditions. I have Invisiglass on my WOZrr, but my SS and my ACNC have normal glass. The SS is not too bad with the reflections from the head and backglass, but the ACNC is pretty brutal with the speaker lights reflecting onto the playfield glass. I had to get one of the "bent plastic" light deflectors for now but plan to get some sort of PDI or non reflective glass for that game in the future. I would definitely upgrade if it was a factory option, but I have no problem ordering it aftermarket if I have to. The only problem with that is then I have an extra sheet of glass that I need to figure out what to do with.

I broke my original Invisiglass on my WOZ a while back and put my normal JD glass on it temporarily for some gameplay while I waited for a new sheet. HUGE difference it made as the normal glass had some bad reflections in my gameroom.

Yup same here, got a LONG while and I will order just about everything too!
Not sure on the purple coin door though.

Here’s my order form Spooky... just look back at this post in about 14/15 months!

Mine should be exactly the same!

I agree, put it on my TAF and its awesome.

For you folks not seeing FB or didn't read the comments this is a cool reply from Spooky.

Confirms the topper isn't totally static.

Excerpt from a comicbook.com site.

If there wasn't a reason for a H E L L dimension / adventure . There is now!

>>>
Project number two is a five-issue miniseries called Rick and Morty: Go to Hell. Written by Ryan Ferrier and illustrated by Constanza Oroza, Rick and Morty: Go to Hell is exactly what is sounds like, and will follow the titular characters on an adventure through the underworld.

"Getting to wreak havoc in the Rick and Morty sandbox was a total thrill, so the chance to return to the franchise and stay a little longer to tell this story with such a phenomenal, equally twisted team, is precisely why take such great pleasure in making weird, irreverent, and most importantly, funny comics," Ferrier told SYFY. "Mad science-fiction and devil business are two of my favorite things, and we're taking extreme joy in throwing these characters into the figurative and literal fires. Rick and Morty are going to Hell, and we're taking you down with us!"

Rick and Morty: Council of Ricks will be released on April 15th, while the first issue of Rick and Morty: Go to Hell arrives on April 29th.<<<<

You forgot the most important part, checking off on actually ordering a machine!

I will never not laugh when the characters on the show all of the sudden make that face with the butt lips like Morty has in this pic.

This is the first time I’ve seen this plaque. I wonder if it has an engraved number. It would be a nice touch. Excited.[quoted image]

Will be cool if the numbers all have a "C" prefix!

Quoted from nogoodnames222:

I'll probably end up doing damn near everything but the butter.

I bet an all of the above box to check (not including butter) which offered a $50 discount would get a bunch of takers

$50 off a $7500 game is important to you?

How about a free topper instead?

At least it's not like trying to eliminate cards for Euchre.

I genuinely thought Euchre was played exclusively in Wisconsin and Minnesota. (I've got 547, but ordered a standard. And I don't think those numbers help you out at all)

#9120 4 years ago

euchre is a michigan thing as well. played a ton of it and cribbage during my college days

Mostly just play Pinball these days though!

I’m from IL, but never heard of it until I went to college in Michigan. Multiple people tried to explain Euchre to me...every time it just sounded like they were making up random shit lol.

#9128 4 years ago

Guess that answers my question about if the topper was being shipped attached to the game. Hmm...

Also...were any of those butter? I couldn't tell the difference in any of them.

Also also... That poor 1 person assembling all those machines, no wonder it will take 18 months! (/s)

Also also also... don't disturb him while he's working.

Also also also also....it's 2020...what's with the 480p video??

#9129 4 years ago
Quoted from pinlynx:

I genuinely thought Euchre was played exclusively in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

My dad and co workers used to play at lunch at Motorola in IL, because you can eat a sandwich with one hand and play with the other.
They always called it a Hoosier game.

Hi def version of topper view. Motor and at least 2 flashers...maybe more light we can’t see.

I think I’m going to customize my topper to use the portal, but replace Rick and Morty with 3D figures.

based on the wiring...I think it is just those 2 flashers. First mod might be to add a few small white led's in between the portal and behind rick and morty...but we've not seen a video of it in action yet so hard to say what it looks like.

30 machines!!!

Only 622 more until they get to mine!

It would be cool if the portal starts spinning only when it’s been charged and activated in game in the garage.

I had a similar idea if the Spooky topper is too tall for my low ceiling basement.

Heres the one I was looking at, 7" tall.

You could also cut out the 3d figures on this mount them to a pice ofclear plastic and mount it in front of Spookys spooning portal.

To enhance the lighting even more, put one of those mini disco balls behind the topper that turns on when portal is spinning. That would light up the ceiling and back wall with rotating color effects. Replace all the led's in the ball to.just he portal colors cyan, green, yellow.

Another bonus of that would be it would give modders a nice clean portal on/off signal to tap into.

Ha! If you look close at the build/ID paper, Spooky is still calling it Haunted House Party.

Getting close to opening the club! Awesome to see this many games about to ship. I don't I'm alone in thinking that Spooky would only get 10 games done in the first month. They are on track to have 30 out in month one essentially. That's a great start for early in the production run.

Well if they are shipping them out already it CANT be too much longer until we see some game play footage!!!

If your celing clearance misses out by only a small amount, looks like the potential would be there to make an alternative metal bracket for the portal, so that it sits just a little bit lower.

Or you could always cut a hole in the ceiling! I think you could justify that for this game.

Nailed it.

Edit: Also, there's a "portal" lightshow in attract mode on the PF and the topper runs during that (optional).

What size legs are they using? Maybe get a bit shorter legs if it's real close?
