Quoted from iceman44:For what? .25 cents and a cup of coffee
What a pathetic joke. You move on with that BS
Gonna end badly.

Quoted from f3honda4me:I guess just the last point - the email direct buyers received said this:
""All customers have an even chance of an early number this way no matter how they buy. The remaining spots purchased from our website are layered in starting at #1 so yes you have a real chance of acquiring early places in line when you order direct!""
The earliest direct number we see is #121. The above seems to contradict what actually happened, no?
Well, this is true. I do remember seeing this, and yes, what was stated after the fact does seem to contradict it. (unless they are numbering them differently for 'purchasers' vs. CN and friends).
Quoted from ChrisPINk25:Problem solved: Mr MeeSeeks, I want a Rick and Morty pinball machine now!
Ice will sell you his spot for 1 million dollars.
Quoted from SpookyLuke:Ill be happy to refund your spot and give it to one of the 20 people who beg me to get on the list anywhere.
You have 0 knowledge of foreign customers, container shipping, loyal distributors, locations who buy every game, cartoon network team game amounts, spooky team games like oh idk the designer of the game, customers who have bought all 7 titles, shows, charity events, Yeah keep telling us how much you know.
Why wasn't any of this mentioned before the release date?
Quoted from wayinla:I think because there are so few standards, Spooky should produce those first and get them out of the way! I bet there are less than 30, and I’m one of them. Thee weeks and done!
As a fellow standard buyer, I like the way this guy thinks!
Quoted from Rondogg:Why wasn't any of this mentioned before the release date?
Honestly, he should have never mentioned it at all. Sometimes trying to be transparent is a bad thing, as people who think they see the whole thing, really see nothing at all.
Quoted from delt31:Ice - I have one locked in already! Got one 7 minutes after it went live. I'm all set!
I'm just talking about others paying a premium around here. If people buy that dumb topper for 700 and the ridiculous god awful SE for 15k, no question, they're spending another 1500+ to get into this limited release. That's my only point.
How does it play again?
You can try and justify it all day long. Be happy with your game and the fact that you might get it timely.
Every day that goes by the "spot flippers" lose a cup of coffee.
Wait until ST is announced and reality hits.
You bought a game, that's it. One that you have zero idea of how it plays.
ST will ship LONG before this one does.
If you love it great. It WILL sell for less $$ later, like every other Spooky game or any other pinball game for that matter. To believe otherwise is crazy.
But if you are buying the game for whatever reasons why does it matter.
The dopes that run a pump and dump scheme are pathetic

Unfortunately the theme sucks

True. These will only be finished shipping around the time some of the new ST owners hear back from Stern about their damaged playfields.

This was in the email we got that gave us our game number tonight.
Quoted from guitarded:the time some of the new ST owners hear back from Stern about their damaged playfields.
Then the real wait begins.

LOL.
Ok, you get what you get. GL with that
Shouldn't respond to newbie Stern hating trolls
Quoted from o-din:Then the real wait begins.
Lmk how that goes in 2021 Odiner. LOL
Make sure you get your will updated.
Quoted from TMFish:As a fellow standard buyer, I like the way this guy thinks!
We should start our own club/support group, it's going to be a while.

Is this where the cliché "pot calling the kettle black"
Havent you been known to buy a game that you didn't see first, didn't see any game play, and didn't even get the game that you PAID for? Yet delt31 Saw a few pics, saw a little video, and was a theme he knew of, not one concocted in a designers head
Quoted from iceman44:Lmk how that goes in 2021 Odiner. LOL
Then tonight I'm going to party like it's 1999. Just like the century most of Stern's games represent.
Quoted from iceman44:LOL.
Ok, you get what you get. GL with that
You should run for office, you seem to know what's best for people. California would welcome you.
Quoted from PokerJake:California would welcome you.
We don't need any more of that here.
Quoted from o-din:Then tonight I'm going to party like it's 1999. Just like the century most of Stern's games represent.
I like Rick and pinball Dork and Geeky. Perfect for 750 buyers
As someone welcoming game #719 in May 2021, you guys are pretty funny.
People around here acting like they didn’t know they might have to wait, or forgetting that they are crying about pinball, FFS.
Since R&M was gonna be a little 2020 gift to myself, I can look for something else in the meantime.
Quoted from iceman44:I like Rick and pinball Dork and Geeky. Perfect for 750 buyers
Sorry you missed out.
Why don't you go play your latest dinosaur themed game.

Nice Riggy, i have to laugh my ass off brother!

Will do, And Elvira, And the "new age" Stranger Things".
I'll have it and sell it long before you get Rick and Dorky. LOL

State of the art shit there, wish I could afford it.

Ice - Love you..... I think you're drinking again. I'm not following but hey buddy - it's all good! IMO some of the best games (or at least themes) are coming for someone like me and I couldn't be happier!
Quoted from iceman44:Nice Riggy, i have to laugh my ass off brother!
I waited for WOZ. Waited for TNA. Waited for ACNC. None of those I wanted more than a Rick and Morty game, and I still chose a standard because I like the gray better and I don’t mind waiting. Funny how that happens.
Quoted from bangerjay:Alright, drunken ice time!
Why not have some fun with this debacle? It's the holidays Banger!
Quoted from o-din:State of the art shit there, wish I could afford it.
You def can. You just bought a Rick pin. Check the math Odiner.
I’m just really excited that I was lucky enough to get one. I could care less about spots, placements, ship dates etc.
I live in a city/state where there is a big collector base for Pinball.
So far I’m aware of 4 other people that got one in my local area (Phoenix valley).
I may not know everybody, but I know most of the big collectors or hear what’s going on through the grapevine.
That’s pretty friggin awesome when you think about it. Maybe a few other people in my state got one, but that only inflates the figure a little bit (at best the number is double that).
We got one and that’s friggin awesome.
My wife and I are stoked and fully plan on bringing ours to ZapCon (our local convention) and letting everybody play it (this coming year or next).
I think people that got one should just be happy they got one.
There are plenary of people that didn’t get one that would love to have one.
Quoted from iceman44:You def can. You just bought a Rick pin. Check the math Odiner.
Maybe I could, but I sure wouldn't want to look at them every day, let alone play them.
Quoted from iceman44:Why not have some fun with this debacle? It's the holidays Banger!
Always do, I too am a little blazed
Alright, F you guys. You know i love my brothers! The dummies, well they know who they are. Stop trying to do stupid shit.
Holy fuck I’m reading this while listening to a drinking bro’s podcast with Alex Jones and I just can’t stop laughing at all the ridiculousness.
Coupled with someone trying to sell a spot in the 300s for $3k. Man the world is fucking nutty right now.
Quoted from gliebig:I don't mind waiting. Only thing I'm afraid of happening again is what I did while I was waiting for my TNA.....I had to scratch the itch and bought three games while I was waiting.
I did something worse. While waiting to see the next Stern, along with “Haunted House Party”, I opened a pinball club with three friends

Wait what? You gotta look at that Rick artwork every day

You da man Riggy!!! Drop the mic. You too Odiner.
I'm heading back out to the fridge and get some more holiday cheer!
I received my email showing direct 1824 BSE equals spot 259 which I found confusing as I thought it would be lower. so, as usual I figured I would check Pinside to see what’s going on... well holy fuck! Craziest shit to read, but as expected I can always count on Pinside for answers.
Quoted from Gryszzz:TIME TO MOVE THIS THREAD OVER TO THE PINSIDE FIGHT CLUB
Which airports will the fights take place?
Quoted from iceman44:Wait what? You gotta look at that Rick artwork every day
In your honor, I will get drunk tonite and put on a Rick and Morty marathon.
