thx sir, we do our best ^

    #4 3 years ago

will start to release tournament titles as we approach the event.
    game #1 for classics is:
    Centigrade 37

    #5 3 years ago

CASH BONUS!- the highest score on each machine in the tournament at qualify end gets $20. example: if MR BDBDBDBDBDBD has the top score on Stern Stargazer at end of qualifying , he gets $20. not too shabby! tourney entries super duper mega extreme bonus price are 14 tickets for $20 bucks. so $20 for one high score=thats goooooood.

    #6 3 years ago

Game #1 used in the open division will be:
    Gottlieb Rock

ALSO, games will be set up very playable and fair. i want people to actually be able to play the games, nudge, use skills and not be discouraged by short ball times, stupid tight tilts, and difficult physical and software setups.
extra hard setups just makes games more luck based IMO and pinball is supposed to be more skill based. its not 1930's pre flipper gobble hole games ya know. hahahahaha.

    #8 3 years ago

*we will also have a drawing and one random person that did not make the qualify cut in A or B divisions, will still get a nice cash prize of $40. also we will have at least 2 stern tops tournaments running both of those 2 days. one will be assigned only for casual players so there are no worries of getting beat out by a pro.
other tops tourney machine (s) will be for anyone including the best of the best.

    #9 3 years ago

    game #2 for classics=
    Bally Paragon

    #10 3 years ago

announce Game #2 for open division.

    #13 3 years ago

Payouts will be as followed for all divisions.
100% of all entry fees are paid out .
    A, B AND classics.
in the open division, 75% of OPEN pot goes to A payouts, 25% of OPEN pot goes to B payouts.
in classics, 100% of classics pot is also paid out.
    1st- 35% of division pot
    2nd- 20% """""
    3rd- 15% """""
    4th- 10% """"
5th,6th,7th,8th- 5% of division pot each.
also, there will also be trophies for all divisions and whatever else we can conjure up. muwahahahahahahaha!

Added over 3 years ago: Open and Classics will both have A & B division playoffs.

**number of payouts ABOVE is based on "X" amount of players. if enough players do not show up, less players will qualify overall and payout percentages will reflect that.

    #14 3 years ago

we will have stern tops tournaments on Tron and The walking dead that will end saturday night with all of the pot paying out 100%.. Tron is for ANYONE to play no matter your skill level., The walking dead will be only for casual (non "pro") players.
Both games have payrange units installed so you can use your credit card or debit card to play those games if you like. www.payrange.com

    #21 3 years ago

No idea Bribo13. I may just stop by to see how you do on those games. My curiosity is perked.

    #23 3 years ago

yes, as the flyer (which is the first post with event info on this thread), website, THIS POST, and all other forms of advertising says.
Bring a case of water to donate to the flint water crisis and get 3 free tourney entrees.
gravitar just likes to cause trouble. cant wait till he has an event. ill return the favor .
and "Those" games are fine. they are there now. they will be exactly the same for the event. nothing will change.
gravitar likes to try to scare people away from events so he has a better chance to win and he wants no tilt bobs in the games so he can throw them around more than he already does.
    don't fall for it.

    #24 3 years ago

I will be there too. I will bring a case of water foe the peps. who is the Gravitar guy ? he must not be any good at pinball me and my boys ain't never heard of him.....

    Tyrone

Silver spinner: "gravitar likes to try to scare people away from events so he has a better chance to win and he wants no tilt bobs in the games so he can throw them around more than he already does.
    don't fall for it."

The hypocrisy of that statement makes me laugh. Tell everyone how you slide a machine into a camera rig and knocked it down, then slide same machine into a table a few times just to win a recent tourney.

    #26 3 years ago

the table was an inch away from touching the game so it wasn't hard to slide the game into the table, same with camera rig. it was butted up against the game...lol.
u r so silly. and it was a spur of the moment ONE TIME try to save when ball attempted jumping the rail on gb.

i don't man handle peoples games when i get ticked unlike someone i know..lol (kicking legs, slamming games against a back wall, jerking them left and right off the legs).
    shame shame shame.

    free bumpage!

    #27 3 years ago

Hey Todd, I will be there on Saturday to play in the Classics , stop on by I will buy you a soda and you can tell me all that I am doing wrong.
Hope to see you there Todd. Why are you not going to play ? got to be the closest tourney to your house there is ?

    Bye

    GAME #4 for OPEN:
AC/DC (helen art over that ugly guy on pf). lol

    #31 3 years ago

Here are just some of the prizes (on top of all of the 100% payout cash and trophies) we are giving away at Richfield Rollapalooza!. many are just a plain and simple raffle. some items are SIGNED by pinball designers. the silent scope II marquee unit is from the actual game. hang it, plug it in, light it up! show up and play, your name goes into the raffle, we draw winners. easy enough. cant win without playing.

    Hi there,
So. is the line up set yet for the "Classics " I was hoping to see if it Was set in stone so I had an idea of what a " Classics " tourney line up looked like .
I am a nube to this type of fun.

    Thank you

    Brian

    #35 3 years ago

Brian- yes its set unless a game problem arises in the meantime.. we may add a 5th game, as i stated before, to classics and main.
Still, only your best 4 games will count towards your total standings.
the 5th game if added to classics would be either aerobatics (EM) or mars trek (EM).
the other 4 are already at Richfield right now and will be set up exactly the same for the event, nothing will change.
All of the main games are there as well already, only things that will change for those will be turning ex balls off.
they will be all moved to the concourse area as well, not in the game room, so we have lots of room to play.

    #36 3 years ago

Thanks, I am looking forward to giving it a go.
I will be there with a case of water and my smiling face.

    Thanks again

    Brian

    #37 3 years ago

    #38 3 years ago

wow, we sure have a ton of give aways. door prizes galore!.
just show up and play and you can win! Even if you get last, you still can win lots o' prizes.
