I’d appreciate it if someone could post a picture of the back end of the interlock switch showing which wires go into the posts on the back of the switc? I’ve been trying to fix the dreaded coin door open message for a couple of months.

Quoted from ElCid95:I’ve been trying to fix the dreaded coin door open message for a couple of months.
Message comes up from the memory protect switch, not the high power interlock switch.
There should only be two wires to it. Doesn't matter which of the two terminals they go to.
If you still get the message with the coin door closed. Is the switch working ?

It isn't working even with a new switch installed. Where is the memory protect switch located at? I looked through the manual and couldn't find it.

I'm sorry. I don't have a game to check. I was thinking of pre P2K games that had two large white switches on the left inside of the coin door. One was memory protect one was high power interlock.

Thanks! Wired up the interlock switch, but the error didn’t go away even with a new switch installed.
