For future reference -- see attached illustration for switch.
Two circuits (1 and 2):
COM1 = Common connection for switch 1
O1 = Normally open connection for switch 1
C1 = Normally closed connection for switch 1
COM2 = Common connection for switch 2
O2 = Normally open connection for switch 2
C2 = Normally closed connection for switch 2
