On the back side of refurbishment on my RFM. Neat before and after. The ball catcher assy. cleaned up great in ultra sonic. Even was able to remove the black tape protector and adhesive with ultra sonic.
I put a piece of clear mylar as a replacement. Looks fantastic.

I did a marathon session yesterday and got the playfield all back together. Thankful for my ultrasonic cleaner. Made some of those parts look brand new. Thankful for Novus 2 making the plastic shiny and pretty.

I just need to clean up the cabinet inside and out. Then its playtime.

What ultra sonic unit are you using?

Just the harbor freight unit. http://www.harborfreight.com/25-liter-ultrasonic-cleaner-95563.html

One thing I did on mine is seal the tub and housing mating edge with high quality silicone. I read in reviews that condensation seeps past it and destroys the electronics.

I am now looking for a bigger unit. It is amazing how clean everything turns out. I want to be able to do every part.

Ditto. And it works great. Just wish the timer was longer. I lined both sides of the "crack" with painter's tape and smooth the bead of clear silicon with my finger.
