Isn’t that the cord that plugs into the back of the computer inside of the cabinet? The receptacle is just under the black lid in your picture. You may have to feel around if you can’t see it. I believe that it’s a little left of center. Tighten the bolts after you plug it in so it doesn’t come out again.
