According to the website, a BOM is included with the boards. Supposedly, the assembly manual includes a BOM, but I looked all through it and could not find it.
The surface mount chip that comes already installed on the board is already flashed with the software. It is mentioned:
"Supplied in "Bare Bones" format (main board PCB and Power PCB) for the home constructor to self build with the ATMega surface mount chip being pre soldered and pre-flashed...so only basic through hole soldering required for everthing else."
