Im in the process of restoring this game and i noticed in the ipdb a lot of times the diamond on the coin door is blank, no Bally sticker. Was it hit or miss whether the game got this?

My last one had the sticker

I would say no sticker. I do not remember this game ever having one. Bally basically started putting those on the new solid states starting in 1979. My 1977 Mata Hari never had one originally. A lot of folks are putting them on EM Bally games now to bling them that never originally had them.

The carriage bolts up front are / were for Solid State games. They ground the rails via this bolt and ground strap (inside the cabinet).

Yea, kindda no choice now. I had to mangle the old ones getting them off, Bally used a lighter weight steel from gottlieb. And the new are even lighter weight than the Bally original.

Has anybody come across a set of numerical punches 1/2 inch high? I had to swap cabs and I'd like to re-punch the serial number. Ive listed it on the serial number db. Unfortunately thou the game is not mine, its going into a motorcycle clubhouse along with a FarOut, Jet Spin, Winner and Race-Way.
