So I have this condition. It involves buying games at (or just under) current values and then putting WAY too much $$ in them as I get into what is usually basic cosmetic restoration. My $1500 Cyclone became a $2200 Cyclone in just a few days. New ramps, new board, new posts, rubbers, flippers, coil sleeves......make the madness stop. "Hey, there is an awesome NOS screened backglass for sale.....yeah....that sure would look cool...perhaps I can find a set of repro plastics....Hey look, there are new playfields available for only $649"
And for what? A Cyclone. Just an ordinary Cyclone. A great game, I agree, but it's still just a Cyclone.
It's looking great BTW.
