Quoted from PinballMikeD:Damn.... Robm, where are you getting your machines, those are some beaters. Nice work dude.
These were all sourced from an island just off the coast of Northern Australia. It was a pretty fun adventure getting a ferry across there, big trailer and brining back 12 machines to the mainland. They had been stored in a shed with one side open for at least 10 years, so a fair bit of work to do, although just about every playfield was 9/10 under all the dust!
Quoted from Tom_in_NoVA:Robm and iDD, how did you redo the cabinets so perfectly. I don't think decals are available for either. Where they hand painted?
Best regards,
Tom
All mine were done with decals purchased from Mr Pinball here in Australia (same as PPS for most of you guys)
Lots of time prepping the cabinet, bogging and patching, sanding etc.
Then take care installing them, as well as trimming. I use the wet method to install as it offers some level of safety if an unplanned error happens (eg: bubbles), and i don't see a disadvantage to using the wet method
