So I just got my first EM, and I have tons of broken baffling -- what are my options for repairing/replacing/leaving it alone?
thanks!

I see some 3D models to print single baffles too. You'd have to physically combine them or have someone custom do a model for you.
Balsa wood is another good product to use for major repair. I ripped sheets down on the table saw to the right thickness and actually built a complete lightbox to show off a unique glass. Used reel parts to show games year in the score window. Sliced a 4 inck white pvc drain pipe lenght wise to get a radius to mount the reel bits.
Another good product is JBweld 2 part wood epoxy, its like modeling putty for small quick fixes.
