I used an eraser on all the pins on J1 and J3, and brightened up the controlled lamps a bit -- the few lamps that sometimes go out -- are all on -- this is a temp fix, and will need improvement in the future.

Good news: all sockets/bulbs are now good -- even though they are 555s.

* Lockdown bar receiver, de-rust, clean and reinstall it
* consider longer flipper stops to get less range on flippers
