I just saw on Stern's facebook that he passed away. Such sad news, he was a big inspiration to me, the best graphic designer I've ever heard of.

A video with a lot of shots of the stuff he made too. Rest in peace, Python.

About six Expos ago, Python was sitting at the bar when I walked up to get me and LTG a beer. After introducing myself, I asked if he was the one who designed Flipper Football.

His response, "KICK THE FUCKING BALL!!" He then shared some of his homemade jerky and we chatted about how it was made. No pinball talk. Just jerky talk.

RIP, Python. That's how I'll remember you.
