I am rebuilding a DE power supply which was damaged by severe corrosion from a leaking capacitor at C2. The schematics have really strange values listed for each of the resistors which are not standard resistor values. For example, R1 is 2.74K, R2 is 2.15K, and R3 is 4.99K. Standard resistor values closest to these are 2.7K, 2.2K and 5.1K, respectively. Do I need to match the values on the schematic, or can I substitute with the closest standard value? Most of these resistors have a tight tolerance of 1% so the standard values will be slightly out of range if substituted.
Thanks for any advice.
