arolden is correct... and the reversible method that doesn't require cutting traces on a board has been published for nearly 4 years now, but still no update to Pinwiki so some folks are still cutting traces... not really a wiki. My Party Zone acted the exact same way - would reset with J115 plugged in but would not if J115 was disconnected.
