Hello everyone, I have a 70 Aquarius that I have to manually reset the control bank reset bar otherwise the score motor continuously runs. I've had the machine for about 5 months and has worked great until moving and it slipped off the dolly and dropped about 5" to the concrete. It actually worked after that for about 6 games and now the coil on the control bank doesn't seem to get energized. I have checked for broken wires, fuses, relays but can't find the problem. I have the schematic but I'm pretty lost reading it. Any help would be great appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim

I had the wrong schematic.

HowardR I don't think that is the schematic for Aquarius

Here it is:

That's what my schematic looks like Woz. Thanks for the advice Howard. I'll give that a shot.

Did you check the SB armature? You have to undo the wing nuts and open up that 5 pos bank in the upper left of the cabinet. Also check the score motor sw. And I would just replace that slo-blo fuse unless you're sure it's good.

The SB armature and SW seem to be opening and closing as they should and I am picking up some new fuses later today to give that a try.

Solved the problem. It was the SB armature wasn't making contact. Originally I took a picture of it opening and closing but after removing from the board I could see a very slight gap (actually couldn't really see it as it was so slight). After adjusting it she fired right up.

Thanks again for the help!
