I have several lamps out on a Rescue 911 pin and i have replaced the bulbs and checked power/continuity so i believe it may be Transistors. Anyone have a manual or the tech chart/lamp matrix charts they would share so i can track down which ones controls the non working lights.

Rescue 911 is a Gottlieb System 3 game.
System 3 games use commons strobes for the lamp and switch matrix. Are there switches not working also?
If you can isolate the issue to the driver board, I can take care of that for you professionally. LMK.

Ok, so i will need to go through and test/check all the switches first? So if a switch is faulty that would cause issues with the lights not working?
If a lamp matrix issue exists, it's possible that a switch matrix issue exists too. That's all I'm saying. The two matrix's use the same strobe circuitry.

Checked the Transistors on the return lines and replaced them and it fixed all the lights.
