Seems like a pretty quiet group here but figured I'd post anyway...
I had a request to make my 3D Coin Reject Buttons for Rescue 911, so thought you might want to see the end result!
As you can see, they feature an ambulance protruding from the face of the button. Initially I'd tried to accent the cross and lightbar with ink but they were too small -- the ink bled too much. So I took it to the next level -- I modified the model and separately print three tiny additional pieces to form them! The cross is an opaque red, while the light bar are translucent red and blue. They can be printed on your choice of translucent color base, but red and/or blue seem to be the obvious choices here. I print these buttons with a programmed filament change so the ambulance is permanently fused to the button; the tiny detail parts are inserted into holes in the model and glued in place. The bumper & grille are accented with silver ink, which behaved better than the other colors.
