People prefer silk screened metal aprons, but will settle for an apron decal if they have no other choice.

With Pinball Rescue closing down, I've found a few other sites that offer apron decals. I haven't bought any of these decals, so I don't know the quality, and I don't know if any of them are licensed by Planetary Pinball.

Planetary Pinball offers quite a few apron decals and holds the B/W license so they should be good quality. Only 10 so far, but hopefully he'll start making more.

The apron decals that Marco's and PPS sell may be from Classic Arcades, and we've all heard the complaints about wrong colors and sized wrong overlays from Classic Arcades.

I created this forum with a list of sites that sell apron decals. I believe that PPS and Marcos are buying their decals from Classic Arcades (EBay seller), and some European sites as well. Make sure to look closely at the colors as some people have issues with the Classic Arcades overlays and decal colors.

If you can print an apron decal with “s, inc.” you’ll be the smartest person to ever print classic Stern apron decals.

If someone takes on this project, please add the missing text in the manufacturer’s title. The name is Stern Electronics, Inc., not Stern Electronic. That missing text on the Pinball Rescue decals has always bothered a lot of collectors, but they were the only option out there.

gdonovan I can tell yours are custom because they don’t have the missing “s Inc.” Like the Aussie versions.
