I’m confused. At what point did you ask your employer to provide proper PPE and do you have documentation of this request and his refusal? How many times did you ask for this? At what point did you say “Hey, this work really requires me to wear PPE. If I don’t get it I’m quitting.”

Next, what injury did you suffer? Do you have a medical condition now due to your exposure? You have to show an injury to have a claim.
