Ok I am furious Doug! This is complete BS that you guys say everybody has the same fair chance at getting tickets and you guys pre sell them to groups?!?!? Someone like me who has attended every Pinburgh since the inception of the tournament cannot get in because I was a few minutes late logging on. How is that fair when I have supported your event every year since the beginning and now I’m shut out and groups of people some of whom who have never supported you get to buy their tickets early and get in. Are you freaking kidding me!!! The ONLY way to make this right in my opinion is to expand the field this year to let everyone in on the waitlist! You guys show no loyalty whatsoever. I am so mad right now!

I’m not mad at Doug, he is great and was unaware of tickets being sold early. I’m furious at whoever decided the pre sale when we were all led to believe that nobody got “special treatment”. I’m venting on here because I know Doug is the voice on this forum for PAPA who is actively answering and hoping he can make some changes in the future.

Absolutely I did log on a few minutes late, my bad. My frustration lies with the pre sale. In other words if you’re going to do a pre sale reward it for people who have been loyal to you.

Correct, that is my point. And I totally agree a handful of tickets wouldn’t have made a difference in my case. For me I’m more upset at the principle of making everyone believe that nobody gets special treatment and then we find out afterwards that’s not the case.
