Quoted from Whysnow:We actually get into Pitt on Monday morn.
I would recommend checking this place out. Only about a half hour away and lots of rare older games and vids.

Quoted from TomGWI:Where do you get those Steak sandwiches? Pm me if needed.
If you are referring to the one with fries and slaw that is Primanti's.

If you want a great cheese steak hoagie I recommend Peppi's.

If you like gyro's this place is great as well:

All have a location within waking distance of the convention center.
Quoted from wxforecaster:On behalf of all Pittsburgh pinsiders, we ask that you do not patronize this location. You are putting money into the hands of an individual who has wronged far too many here and is indebted way too much $$$ to a number of people caught on the wrong end of that sleeze. Yes the collection is wonderful, but there are many other places in this city with caring, responsible owners far more worthy of your dollar.
I always had good dealings with Ed and if anything they were some of the smoothest transactions I ever had. While there are other places to play most have just a few games and none of them have a large variety besides Kickback which is temporarily closed. Besides PAPA and Pinburgh I always felt Pittsburgh was pretty weak when it comes to having public places to play with a large selection so it's nice to be able to go to somewhere like PinballPA and play a few hundred games for a flat rate.
Quoted from ZenTron:How about we get back on topic and focus on ReplayFX & Pinburgh. If you want to talk about Pinball PA and Ed open a new thread and post away...
Someone asked what to do prior to these events and if you feel it's out of line suggesting a place with over 400 games then maybe you can go back and ignore anyone who asked questions not regarding Replay or FX. Typical Pinside, you give advise and help to those who asked questions and the minute someone doesn't like it they throw the lets stay on topic comment in your face like every other thread never deviates.
The fact there has been little to no talk leading up to the event tells you all you need with regards to Pinsiders and these events. The same thing happened earlier in the year when there was crickets leading up to PAPA. People would rather talk about adding mods and bling or complaining about every new game released.
Quoted from ZenTron:If it was up to me, threads wouldn't deviate so much. Im going to assume this is part of the reason there isn't an official thread and why so many of the papa folks have abandoned pinside. You start a general information thread about replayfx / pinburgh and people have to polute with off topic drama.
There is an official thread posted by Doug and it's been idle for 6 months.

Doug posted a game for sale recently so I wouldn't say they abandoned Pinside. And if they don't post anymore cause of the drama then it's sad because plenty of others deal with it.
