Have a coin operated game in which the replay is set for 130,000 and it gives a replay when 30,000 is reached. Sounds like a minor problem. Any ideas how to fix the issue? Thanks.

Are you sure the replay plugs in the head are acutally set correctly or are you relying on the card on the apron telling you that?
If they are set correctly it might be a wiper problem on a score reel.
As noted above without knowing the game name it's tough to figure out the issue.
there are four 100,000 point relays, one for all 4 players.

Does all 4 players award at 30k? If so could you provide a pic of your high score adjustment settings?
If only happens with one player then probably a misadjusted or dirty contact as others suspect
