Replacing veneer on coin door entry

Redoing a top card. The veneer where the coin door i had water damage. Any ideas on replacing that venneer.

To properly replace a plywood layer you would have to remove the coin door panel.

The best solution is to replace the coin door panel. It will be faster, and provide a better looking final result.
