Hi. I've done some searching and googling but can only find old info...
Wondering if using led displays in Firepower, I could eliminate the Mains transformer and power supply board altogether and just run with 3 decent power supplies? Has any one done this? Thanks for any feedback.
Thanks I understand that change, this is for a scratch build with no original parts. Hoping someone has done it before, particularly the solenoid and flipper supply..

You would also need center tapped 18VAC for sound board (it generates both positive and negative voltages from that), 16VDC for controlled lamps, 6.3VAC at quite a lot of amps for general illumination and 28VDC for solenoids.
I think it would be easiest to get an original transformer.
