Hi,
That board is a really_ old version of our replacement flipper board. Someone likely didn't read the instruction manual that came with the board as we do not recommend the use of any kind of glue to secure the magnets down. The best method is to use scotch tape or some other form of thin tape.
I don't know what kind of glue that is, looks like a spray adhesive. You should remove all of the glue, if possible, from both the metal and the board. Naptha would probably be my first choice, but if you don't have that, try paint thinner or lacquer thinner, followed by glue removes like "goo gone", and then if all else fails, try plain rubbing alcohol.
The magnets on the board have likely shifted, so you will need to readjust them and then secure the magnets down (after you clean off all that glue!). I have emailed you a copy of the manual so you have that for reference.
If you are looking to replace the board, our newer updated version is much better for games that have auto-launchers installed, such as JD.
