One of my bowling pins is missing and the decals are damaged so I ordered a new set. However im not sure how to install/replace. There is a blue cover (see below image) which seemingly has to be removed for me to be able to remove the pins. Not sure if this is how i should do it (it’s bolted down with 3 bolts which are hard to reach), or if there is an easier way? Does anyone know?

No there is no easy way. The assembly needs removed from the game. The metal flap is spring steel and it is designed to keep the pins in place but allow them to swing freely. Often the spring steel is rounded out where the tops of the pins go through. I have yet to find a replacement. Ive tried making one and it worked for a short period of time, but eventually failed.

Thanks for letting me know. I just managed to squeeze the pin in by carefully lifting the flap with a precision tool. Luckily it was the one on the side so it could be done this way.

Which pin was it the far left one? Mine came off for some reason and I have a NOS bracket with the pins and decals somewhere laying around my house
