I've recently bought a Gottlieb system 80A (Touchdown) that looks like it has a bad PBDB board in it. The F12 fuse was blown, pulled it out, replaced it and the new fuse immediately blew on power-up. I can see that its on the only board of the four where the 2N6057 was replaced with a TIP-102 (not sure if this is related).
I'm somewhat new to this. So for around $20, I think I'd like to replace this board with a known working one instead of fixing it. Is it better to go with a refurbished PBDB board, like this one:

or go with an after-market board like the Rottendog:

Also, is it okay to have three original and one after-market board?
Thanks
