are there any replacements for these things, or do I need to wait till one pops up on ebay?

Pretty sure used is your only option.

    There are no replacements.

Are you looking for a complete wired door or do you just need a skin? As far as I know the skin should be the same as Chicago Coin (or at least all the Classic Stern machines I have owned have had CC doors on them).

I know the CC & Stern lock bars are different and I know for sure the CC & Stern door trim is the same but I am not 100% sure about the door itself without looking at both.

    Appreciate it, everyone.

interesting, thank you for the tip. At least that opens the search up a little. Yeah, wiring isn't a big deal I'll just redo it myself if need be.

If you are not in a huge rush I'll see what I can find after the first of the New Year. I know I have several from Chicago Coin and might even have one or two from Classic Stern machines but I don't know if any of them are nice enough to justify using them. It will take a little digging to find out!

I’m in the same boat, but actually have a Chicago Coin door off an EM of some type and a badly mangled Stern I need to replace There are two variations making this a tricky swap.

The Stern pinball doors have the recessed hole for the credit button. This is not present in Chicago Coin doors, nor on Stern arcade doors of the same vintage.

Wiring harness is also completely different, and basically not interchangeable at all. Bracket is also not there on older doors for the self-test button.

My F2K had a different door on it. Found one by reaching out to some sellers on ebay who had parts listed. Door was not listed but they dug one up.

I've *heard* that Game Plan doors are very close.

I have 2 stern arcade doors and they’re damn close but the wiring harness is totally different and that’s killing me. If anyone has a classic stern door let me know. I’ll make do.

ALSO I’ve noticed Classic Stern doors NEVER have the god damn bracket with them. I’ve gotten quotes for getting the bracket remade if anyone is interested and has doors that need the 3 remaining side brackets.

I’m finding the Chicago coin door has other differences too. The hinge is a different size, in multiple dimensions. I’ll be able to get it mounted but it’ll be sloppy. So this will be a temp fix for me till I find a good door of the right type.

Which bracket are you referring to?
