I was working on my Funhouse machine, turning it off to do some soldering and on to test. Accidentally had it on while soldering and blew two fuses, lamp matrix and switch matrix. I replaced both (the switch matrix looked blown but the lamp matrix did not).

I’m still getting the check those two fuses even though the new one looks fine.

I’m not sure what to check next to clear the error message.

Any ideas of where to look next?

Thanks!

You have very likely blown "U20" on the MPU. (this is a SUPER common outcome when working on a machine with the power on).

If U20 is soldered to the board don't attempt to replace it yourself unless you have EXCELLENT PCB soldering experience or you will cause more problems than you fix. Send the board out for professional repair. Fit an IC socket to the U20 position when repairing as this will help make future replacement easy.

Please take Lloyds advice and study PinWiki - it will help you fix 90% of problems in your machine.

This chip is the one Todd Tuckey mentions in every video from pins from that era!

Also appreciate this advice. Will double check this as well.

Soldering on a live machine, yikes, I'd never do that.
