Williams, 1993The connector on my STTNG opto trough board is a bit flaky. A nudge or wiggle causes all sorts of switches to fire in test mode. So I got the bright idea to repin the IDC connector to a molex connector. The problem is that most the connections pass through or feed through and the .100 molex pins are really small. I have read and employed some of the techniques on here for pass through .156 pins, but fitting two wires in a .100 crimp seems like trouble. Any tips out there?
