The connector on my STTNG opto trough board is a bit flaky. A nudge or wiggle causes all sorts of switches to fire in test mode. So I got the bright idea to repin the IDC connector to a molex connector. The problem is that most the connections pass through or feed through and the .100 molex pins are really small. I have read and employed some of the techniques on here for pass through .156 pins, but fitting two wires in a .100 crimp seems like trouble. Any tips out there?

Thanks

Get piece of wire and make a "Y" shape. Double crimping .100" contacts would be tough unless the wires are tiny.

Thanks, I think the wires are too big to double crimp in a .100, so I will make a Y like you said.
