So my arcade has over 100 machines and an all volunteer repair crew. Right now we use email, as does our employees manning the front door, to both inform and track whether we have taken care of issues. Its highly disorganized and inefficient. Is anyone using some low footprint repair tracking software (ideally online), that is helping your organize what needs to be dealt with ? All I can find is repair trackers that interface with complex customer databases and asset management, etc. We don't need anything that full blown, but ideally a bit more evolved than a spreadsheet (which is where we are going next). We've even tried a software problem log (JIRA) but it seems ill suited to the task. Thanks for your feedback.
