You should email someone that is in the business of restoring pinball machines. Meaning someone that has an actual business ( not someone that does it as a side job, Iād be willing to bet the insurance company wants a quote from a business). Get a quote on what they would charge to remove and replace a decal on the back box. There is some time involved in removing a decal, prepping the back box for the new decal and installing the new decal. Someone that has done enough of these will know how long it will take and what to charge to do it.
